Devin has served in varying leadership positions during his career in the technology industry.  Across his experiences, Devin saw a mounting need and business opportunity to change the paradigm of how we manage and serve each other in the workplace.  With this realization, PFP was born.

Co-Founder

A part-time creative dabbler and full-time business professional, Alec brings a creative lens to organizational operations and marketing.  The impetus to serve each other better and build more successful organizations resonated with and led him to join the PFP movement.

 

Chris Amaefule

Regional Chair - TOLA

With a passion for community development and a knack for bringing people together, Chris is a peer leader who enjoys helping others find their personal motivation and reach their goals. Chris brings this same passion to PFP as they expand into the DFW Metroplex.

 
 

Jon Sousa

Director of Member Services

A data-driven and emotionally-forward technology sales professional, Jon brings an analytical, numbers-driven approach to the Operations side of the house. Jon understands the importance of growing your EQ everyday, and strives to spread the PFP philosophy both in and outside the workplace.

 

Candice Heidebrecht

Program Director - Accelerator Program

Candice empowers teams to create an inclusive culture by developing their emotional intelligence. She is the Founder and CEO of Cultivate Empathy, which combines social science and practical application to normalize inclusion. She spent more than a decade as a sales enablement leader, teaching how to hone curiosity and empathy to build relationships and empower others. She holds an M.A. in Applied Anthropology with an emphasis on organizational change.

 

Tiff Kummer

Development Director

Tiff is passionate about developing people and smitten with all things process-related.  Experienced in Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations / Enablement, her mission is to empower leaders with the data and skills they need to care deeply for those in their charge while effectively driving results.  

 

Jeff Boynton

Program Director - Betterment Book Club

As a passionate community and culture builder, Jeff loves helping people with their personal and professional development. In his role leading Betterment, Jeff seeks to foster a safe space for candid conversations where strangers can become friends.
